Orders & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay’s secure checkout. We accept prepaid orders only — no cash on delivery.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Yes. Every price on the site includes GST, and you get a GST invoice with your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, before it ships. Message us quickly — orders placed after 3:00 PM IST may already be packed.
I didn’t get an order confirmation email.
Check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? WhatsApp us your name and phone number and we’ll check.
Shipping & delivery
How much is shipping?
Free on every order across India.
How long will delivery take?
We ship within 24 hours on business days. Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.
How do I track my order?
You get a tracking link by email and SMS once your parcel ships. You can also see your orders under My account.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
Start a return within 7 days of delivery and we’ll pick it up free. The item must be unused with its packaging, and an unboxing video is required. Read the full policy.
How long do refunds take?
5–7 business days after we receive and check the item, back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
We don’t do direct exchanges — place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund.
I received a damaged or wrong item.
Sorry about that! Send us the unboxing video and photos within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you in full.
Products & care
Will the jewellery tarnish?
Our pieces are stainless steel with an anti-tarnish finish, made for everyday wear. To keep the shine longer, keep them away from perfume, lotions and chemicals, wipe with a soft dry cloth, and store each piece separately in a dry pouch.
What size are the bangles and kadas?
The size is mentioned on each product page. If you’re unsure, WhatsApp us your usual size and we’ll help.
