7-day easy returns, free pickup
Not happy with your jewellery? Start a return within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a free pickup anywhere in India.
Unboxing video is a must
Please record a clear, uncut video from the moment you start opening the parcel. We need this video for every return, damage or missing-item claim — it protects you and us.
Eligibility
- Return started within 7 days of delivery.
- Item is unused and in the same condition you received it.
- All original packaging, tags and any free gifts are included.
- Order number and the unboxing video are shared with us.
- The return is approved by our support team before pickup.
Not returnable
- Items that are used, damaged by wear, perfume or chemicals, or missing parts.
- Free gifts and promotional items.
- Items marked “Final sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Tell us within 7 days of delivery with the unboxing video and photos of the outer box, shipping label and product. Keep the packaging until the issue is resolved. Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or give a full refund.
How to start a return

- Share your order number, the item, the reason and your unboxing video.
- We confirm and schedule a free pickup. Pack the item securely with all its contents.
Refunds
- Refunds go back to your original payment method (UPI, card or bank account).
- We process the refund within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes inspection. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
- If a returned item shows signs of use or is missing parts, we may give a partial refund.
Exchanges
We don’t do direct exchanges. The fastest way is to place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel any time before dispatch — message us and we’ll refund the full amount. After dispatch, please accept the delivery and start a return.
