Products
- Our jewellery is fashion jewellery made of stainless steel and alloys with plating or an anti-tarnish finish. It is not gold, silver or precious-metal jewellery unless clearly stated on the product page.
- We photograph our products carefully, but colour and finish may look slightly different on your screen. Small variations in handmade or plated pieces are normal and not a defect.
- Sizes and measurements are given on each product page. Please check them before ordering.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Shipping within India is free.
- We accept prepaid orders only, through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). Cash on delivery is not available.
- Prices can change at any time, but the price you paid for a confirmed order won’t change.
Orders
- You get an order confirmation by email once your payment succeeds.
- We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is out of stock, there is a clear pricing or listing error, or we suspect fraud.
- Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy; returns, refunds and cancellations in our Return & Refund Policy.
Using our website
- Please give correct details at checkout. We aren’t responsible for delays caused by a wrong address or phone number.
- All photos, text, logos and designs on this site belong to Dazzling Diva. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission.
- Don’t misuse the site — for example, attempting fraud, hacking, or placing fake orders.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren’t responsible for indirect losses, or for delays caused by couriers, payment providers or events outside our control. Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
