Free shipping on every order
We ship free to every address in India — no minimum order value. The price you see at checkout is the final price, including GST.
When your order ships
- Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, except public holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST are processed the next business day.
- You get a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your parcel ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to activate.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities are often faster; remote areas can take a little longer. Weather, strikes or courier delays can occasionally add time.
Where we deliver
- All Indian states and union territories. We don’t ship outside India yet.
- We can’t deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses — please give a full street address with a working phone number.
Couriers
We ship through Shiprocket’s network of trusted couriers (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Ekart and DTDC). The courier is chosen automatically for the fastest, most reliable delivery to your pin code.
Payment
We accept prepaid orders only — UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay’s secure checkout. Cash on delivery is not available.
Address changes and cancellations
- Before dispatch: message us as soon as possible and we’ll update or cancel the order. Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST may already be packed.
- After dispatch: we can’t change the address. If you no longer want the order, accept the delivery and start a return.
- If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll reship it after confirming the address. A reshipping charge may apply.
Damaged or missing parcel
Please record an unboxing video from the moment you start opening the parcel. If anything is damaged, wrong or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery — see our Return Policy.
