This policy explains what personal data Dazzling Diva (“we”, “us”) collects when you use dazzlingdiva.co.in, why we collect it and how we protect it, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, phone number, email, billing and delivery address, and what you buy.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login email and order history.
- Payment: payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
- Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp or email, including unboxing videos for returns.
- Browsing data: cookies and similar technology record pages visited, device and browser type, and how you reached our site.
Why we use it
- To process, ship and deliver your order and send order and tracking updates.
- To issue GST invoices and keep the tax and accounting records the law requires.
- To handle returns, refunds and support requests.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
- To improve our site and show you relevant ads. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your data. We share only what’s needed with:
- Razorpay — to process payments and refunds.
- Shiprocket and its courier partners — your name, address and phone number, to deliver your parcel.
- Hostinger (website hosting) and Google Workspace (email).
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google — cookie and pixel data, to measure and show our ads.
- Government or law-enforcement authorities when the law requires it.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep your cart and login working. Analytics and advertising cookies (Google, Meta Pixel) help us understand visits and improve our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the site still works, though your cart may not be remembered.
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for at least 8 years, as Indian tax law requires. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, then deleted.
Security
Our site uses HTTPS encryption, payments run on Razorpay’s PCI-DSS compliant platform, and access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to serve you.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent for marketing, or nominate someone to act for you. Email support@dazzlingdiva.co.in. Some data, such as invoices, must be kept by law even after a deletion request.
Children
Our site is meant for adults. Purchases for children (such as our kids’ collection) should be made by a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
